GET INVOLVED
Welcome to our ministries! At St. Luke's Episcopal Church, we offer a variety of programs and ministries to engage our parishioners and the community. Each of our ministries is designed to provide a meaningful and enriching experience in different aspects of life. Explore our programs to find the perfect fit for you.

Sunday School
Adults gather before mass at 9 AM on every Sunday to study God’s word and its relevance to our daily lives. Come early on a Sunday and join us in the contemplation of Scripture.
Choir
Music is an important part of our weekly worship, uplifting the soul and warming the heart. The choir is always looking for members who wish to contribute to the reverence and beauty of the mass.

Altar Servers
The work of the altar party is to support the liturgy and empower the celebrant to offer prayer and worship on behalf of the congregation. St. Luke’s is always recruiting individuals who wish to serve in this vital ministry.
Altar Guild
The altar guild are responsible for preparing the altar for service and caring for the linens, vessels, and vestments employed in worship. Quietly at work “behind the scenes,” the altar guild is a crucial support of our Sunday and midweek services.

Daughters of the King
Daughters of the King is an order for women in the Episcopal church that is dedicated to study, prayer, regular worship, evangelism, and service. The DOK regularly meet together and undertake service projects for the parish and beyond.
Serendipity
Serendipity is a weekly gathering of parishioners who meet in a member’s home to study the readings comprising the liturgy of the word at the forthcoming Sunday mass. Serendipity is a wonderful way to prepare for worship and an opportunity to discuss in advance the Scriptures that will be the subject of the sermon.

Intercessory Prayer Group
Every Wednesday, this ecumenical prayer group gathers to pray for all those who have requested prayer. Such requests are confidentially discussed, and updates are provided on the physical and spiritual needs of those for whom we pray.
